Since moving to our Fujian plant, we have developed specialized waterproofing treatments that give this paper weave an IPX3 rating-making it resistant to light splashes and the humidity that would destroy traditional natural fibers. The beauty of paper rattan weave lies in its "weight advantage." It is 40% lighter than natural rattan, making it ideal for oversized totes or lightweight furniture that is easy to move. Operating since 2007, we have perfected "Anti-UV Color Fastness" technology (reaching Grades 3-4), significantly higher than natural rattan which yellows and fades quickly. As a source factory, we offer a range of "natural earth tones"-from bleached sand to deep chocolate-all produced using eco-friendly dyes.

We provide 14-day sampling and 100% full inspection before packaging. With 34 looms and a 1 million square meter monthly capacity, we are one of the few factories capable of producing bulk paper weave that meets international retail standards.
Packaging & Shipping
Paper weave is extremely sensitive to moisture during transit. We use triple protection: desiccant, heavy-duty PE film, and waterproof woven outer bags. EXW and FOB shipping are supported, with full environmental certifications provided for your "green" production lines.
Quality FAQ
Q: Can paper rattan be used for outdoor furniture?
A: While it has IPX3 moisture resistance, we primarily recommend it for indoor or covered semi-outdoor environments (like enclosed balconies). For full outdoor exposure, we suggest our PP Rattan.
Q: Will it break when folded?
A: Our paper yarns undergo specialized "tension-twisting," providing strong toughness that supports curved handbag and shoe designs without snapping.
