Roller Shade Woven Paper Fabric

Paper is not usually considered for roller shades because it tends to tear after repeated use. Our Roller Shade Woven Paper Fabric solves this problem. By blending 10% polyester short fibers into the paper pulp, we significantly increase strength. We also optimized the heat-setting process-lower temperature at 100°C for a longer duration of 150 seconds-to protect the fibers. As a result, this fabric can roll up and down over 5,000 cycles without damage.

Unlike PVC or polyester shades, which produce harsh light, our paper fabric diffuses sunlight for a soft, warm glow-reminiscent of traditional Japanese shoji screens. The shade rate ranges from 25% to 40%, allowing natural light in while maintaining privacy. Specifications:

This fabric is 30% lighter than standard PVC shades, reducing stress on roller mechanisms. Motorized shades last longer, and manual shades are easier to pull.
