PP Knitted Fabric

Most knit fabrics use cotton or polyester. Cotton absorbs water and stays wet, while polyester fades under sunlight. Our PP Knitted Fabric uses PP yarn, which is water-resistant and UV-resistant. You get the comfort of a knit fabric with the durability needed for outdoor use. The knit structure naturally stretches, offering 15%–25% stretch in both directions without adding elastic fibers. This fabric is soft, stretchy, and strong.

Knit fabrics have more space between yarns, allowing better ventilation. Our fabric achieves an air flow rate of over 200 mm/s-2 to 3 times higher than woven fabrics of the same weight. This keeps your body cool and dry. Full specifications are as follows:

The feel of a knit fabric depends on the yarn. Rough yarns produce scratchy fabric. Our PP flat yarns are polished for a smooth surface, ensuring a comfortable touch against the skin. Nanping Jinwei operates 6 circular knitting machines dedicated to PP yarns and 40 drawing machines for producing flat yarns. We control the process from start to finish. Minimum order is 500 meters, and custom samples are ready in 14 days. Shipment is EXW or FOB. Your backpack liners and outdoor pillows will feel soft and stay dry.
