Decorative Mesh Fabric

This fabric combines two features: the open holes of a mesh and the natural feel of PP straw. Outdoor cushions often have a problem-solid fabrics trap heat and sweat, making the back sticky. Our Decorative Mesh Fabric lets air circulate freely. The holes range from 3 mm to 10 mm, creating an open area of 15%–35%. This allows cushions to stay dry while maintaining a natural straw appearance.

Normal mesh fabrics tend to fray when cut, requiring borders or hems, which adds time and cost. Our fabric features heat-treated edges, forming a thin melted layer that locks the yarns in place. As a result, you can cut Decorative Mesh Fabric without worrying about fraying. Full specifications are as follows:

A customer once asked how fast this fabric dries. We tested it-after rain, it dries in about 20 minutes. Water passes through the holes, and the PP material does not absorb moisture, so cushions are ready to use again quickly.
