By varying the blend ratio (e.g., 50/50 or 70/30), we create a fabric that feels luxurious-suitable for high-end indoor furniture-yet retains enough weather resistance for covered patios. It is a "best of both worlds" solution.
Our textilene blend fabric is produced under strict "composition control." We utilize 40 fully automated wire-drawing machines to ensure different types of yarns are integrated uniformly, preventing uneven stretching or color splotches. From the factory floor's perspective, these blended fabrics represent our most "artistic" work. We can achieve a "velvet hand feel" or a "natural straw look" while maintaining a breaking strength of ≥800 N/5cm. Q: How do you clean blended fabrics?
A: Despite the soft touch, the high PVC content makes it very stain-resistant. Most stains can be cleaned with a soft brush and mild soapy water. We provide specific cleaning guides based on the blend components.
Q: Can I get custom blend samples?
A: Yes. Due to the need for machine setting adjustments, a small sampling fee is charged, which is refundable or deductible once the bulk order reaches the MOQ.
