Teslin Blended Fabric

Sometimes one type of yarn is not enough, so we blend Teslin yarn with other yarns. We mix it with PP yarn, polyester, and chenille. Each blend gives a different look and feel. The challenge is making them work together: different yarns shrink at different rates and absorb color differently. Our Teslin Blended Fabric solves these problems. We pre-shrink each yarn before weaving and then set the blend at 160°C. This keeps the fabric flat and smooth.

We offer three main blends. The first is Teslin plus PP, which is light and cost-effective. The second is Teslin plus polyester, which is soft and drapes well. The third is Teslin plus chenille, which has a velvet feel for high-end products. Details are as follows:

A common problem with blends is color matching-the two yarns must look the same. We test this repeatedly. Nanping Jinwei handles every step in-house, from plastic granules to finished rolls. There is no outsourcing. This ensures that Teslin Blended Fabric from us has consistent color and quality. We have 34 looms, each capable of running a different blend at the same time. Minimum order is 500 meters per style. Custom samples take 14 days. You pay 30% upfront, and the rest upon delivery.
