The core material consists of high-tenacity industrial polyester filament, while the outer layer is composed of aging-resistant and UV-resistant PVC (polyvinyl chloride). The polyester filament undergoes a stretching and coating process, resulting in a surface that is smooth, waterproof, oil-resistant, and non-toxic; furthermore, after stretching and cooling, it imparts a cool-to-the-touch sensation.

Weaving Process:
The warp yarns are prepared onto a weaver's beam using an intelligent warping machine. No sizing is required; the yarns are woven directly into a mesh structure on flexible rapier looms, culminating in the finished product.

Advantages:

  • Vibrant colors
  • High tensile strength
  • Resistant to water, oil, UV radiation, aging, abrasion, corrosion, and chemicals
  • Non-toxic
  • Smooth and cool surface texture
  • Excellent breathability
  • Long service life
