Beach chairs face four major challenges: sea salt corrodes fabrics, the sun beats down all day, sweat soaks in, and seawater splashes on them. Most fabrics fail after just one season. Our Beach Chair Mesh is different. We add two special additives to the PVC: one resists salt, and the other prevents mold caused by sweat. Normal Teslin starts to become brittle after 240 hours in a salt spray test, while our Beach Chair Mesh retains 90% of its strength even after 480 hours.

Another advantage of this fabric is its feel. PVC has low thermal conductivity, meaning the surface does not get as hot as dark polyester. On a sunny day, our fabric feels about 5°C cooler, making your customers more comfortable when they sit down. Full specifications are as follows:

We didn't just test this fabric in the lab. We went to Hainan and worked with three beach hotels, providing them with our fabric for two summers. Every three months, we collected samples for testing. After the second summer, the fabric still retained 87% of its original strength, with minimal color change. This proves that Beach Chair Mesh performs well in real-life conditions.
