The challenge is maintaining stability when creating large openings, as the fabric tends to deform. We address this with a heat-setting process, heating the fabric to 130–160°C to lock the shape in place. Heat shrinkage is kept below 1.5%.

To ensure consistent performance, three measurements are taken on each roll. Rolls with differences greater than ±1% are rejected. Nanping Jinwei uses 2 dedicated heat-setting machines to guarantee uniform treatment. Standard orders ship in 16 days; custom orders take 20 days. Teslin Sunshade Mesh can reduce ambient temperature by 5–8°C and has a UPF rating of 50+, providing shade, visibility, and cooling airflow.
