PP Straw Woven Fabric

This is where our PP straw series began, over 8 years ago. Initially, we offered only one specification: weight 300 g/m² and yarn width 2 mm. Today, we offer over 20 sizes, with weights ranging from 200 g/m² to 500 g/m² and yarn widths from 1.2 mm to 3.0 mm. Lighter weights are soft and ideal for bag liners, while heavier weights are stiffer and suitable for storage boxes. Our PP Straw Woven Fabric provides many options while maintaining a stable, reliable product.

We designed this fabric to mimic natural straw. The appearance and texture are very close to the real thing, but our version has significant advantages: it is water-resistant, bug-resistant, colorfast, and machine-washable-features natural straw cannot offer. Full specifications are as follows:

Choosing the right weight depends on the application. For bags, use 280–350 g/m²; for storage boxes, 350–450 g/m²; for floor mats, 400–500 g/m². Our sales team can guide you to the right choice. Nanping Jinwei operates 40 drawing machines, allowing online adjustment of yarn width. Standard sizes ship in 16 days, custom orders in 20 days. Minimum order is 500 meters per style.
