From Home Goods to Shoes
We began producing fabric for bags and furniture, until shoe companies discovered us. They needed a material that was lightweight, breathable, and highly bend-resistant. Shoes bend thousands of times during walking, and normal PP fabric cracks after 10,000–20,000 bends. Our PP Woven Fabric for Footwear lasts over 50,000 bends. Two improvements make this possible: we use thinner 800D yarn and add a low-temperature softener. The fabric remains flexible even at 0°C.
Much Lighter Than Leather
Leather shoes are heavy, but our fabric is light. At the same thickness, it is 40% lighter than leather, reducing foot fatigue. Airflow is also much higher, with an air permeability exceeding 150 mm/s, compared to almost zero for leather. Your feet stay dry and cool. Comparison specifications:

Every Batch Tested for Durability
We do not leave performance to chance. Each batch undergoes a bend test, with a standard of 50,000 cycles. Typically, results reach 60,000–80,000 cycles. Test reports accompany every order. Minimum order is 500 meters, and colors can be mixed. We support OEM orders with 30% upfront payment. Shipment is EXW or FOB. Shoes made from our PP Woven Fabric for Footwear are light, breathable, and long-lasting.
