PP Woven Sack Fabric

This is our most straightforward product: 100% PP flat yarn with no PVC coating or special finishes-just pure PP woven in a plain pattern. Simple does not mean low quality. Maintaining precise yarn dimensions is critical: our PP flat yarn width stays within ±0.03 mm, and thickness within ±0.005 mm, resulting in very even fabric. Most of this PP Woven Sack Fabric is exported to the Middle East and Africa. It is cost-effective and performs reliably.

Many PP fabrics vary by ±5% in weight, causing uneven sections. Our fabric maintains weight within ±3%, thanks to strict yarn control. The lightest version is 60 g/m²-lighter than a sheet of paper-while the heaviest is 150 g/m². Full specifications are as follows:

This is our largest product by volume, with a monthly capacity of over 3 million square meters. Common sizes are kept in stock and ship within 7 days, while custom orders take 16 days.
