Most woven fabrics have a flat surface, but our Wave-Pattern PP Woven Fabric is different. The weft yarns form a built-in wave pattern-this is not a print. The peaks and valleys range from 0.3 mm to 0.8 mm, creating a texture you can feel with your fingers. This gives the fabric a tactile dimension that printing alone cannot replicate.

The wavy surface is not only decorative-it also increases friction. When used as table mats or floor mats, objects stay in place. The surface friction reaches 0.6 or higher, significantly better than flat fabric. Cups, plates, and other items remain stable. Full specifications are as follows:

Normal looms cannot produce this wave pattern. Nanping Jinwei uses 6 dobby looms capable of lifting yarns in various sequences to create satin, twill, and wave patterns. During production, wave height is checked every 2 hours to ensure consistency. The pattern is an integral part of the fabric-it does not wash off or wear away.
